*NO MUSIC* UBE BROWNIES MARBLES CREAM CHEESE | COOKING SOUNDS

INGREDIENTS
*Ube Brownie Batter
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 cup Ube Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
200 g White Chocolate
2/3 cup Unsalted Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
*Cream Cheese Batter
250 g Cream Cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven at 150°C. Lightly grease your brownie pan or line with parchment paper your square pan.
2. For the brownie batter. In a large bowl, sift your flour, baking powder, ube powder and salt. Set aside. Melt your white chocolate and butter over a double boiler until no lumps remain. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add in the sugar and whisk. Add the eggs and continue whisking until no lumps are seen. Add the wet mixture the your dry ingredients and whisk until fully combined. Transfer the brownie batter to the brownie pan but leave about 1/4 of the batter for later.
3. For the cream cheese batter. Using a spatula, mix the cream cheese, sugar. Then using a whisk add in the eggs and vanilla. Continue whisking until no lumps are seen. Pour the cream cheese batter over the ube brownie batter. With the remaining brownie batter left, spoon it on top of the cream cheese in small dots and use a tooth pick to make a swirl (as shown in the video)
4. Bake the for 25 - 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes clean. Let it cool before serving.
