My genetic testing stated VUS with TP53. My doctor doesn't seem to be worried?

Hi my son has been diagnosed with benign enlargement of the subarachnoid space and the doctors have said they might do genetic testing in the future, what would they be looking for in that way please?also my other son is currently waiting to be assesed for autism, will they do a test on him aswel?thank you and hope to hear from you soon
