Wix AI Website Builder: Is It Worth It?

In this video, I dive into the world of AI website builders by testing out the Wix AI website builder. Acting as one of my clients, I input detailed information, including the homepage copy, to see if Wix AI can match or surpass my manually created websites. To my surprise, the AI only generates a single page and fails to incorporate any of the provided information about the client’s business, which includes multiple services, a blog, and a resources page.

There are limited customization options as the tool doesn’t inquire about colors, styles, or themes. The output does not reflect the family or pediatric nutritionist services that my client offers. I highlight the tool’s inability to integrate even a snippet of the client’s provided homepage copy, which is a stark contrast to other AI tools like Gemini or Chat GPT that use such inputs effectively.

Despite some minor positive notes, like the general layout of the homepage, I am overall not impressed with the Wix AI website builder. I feel it's a decent starting point but believe selecting a pre-designed template from Wix might be a more efficient approach. If I had used this for an actual business, it would require significant revisions, particularly in adjusting colors, photos, and fonts.

I'm open to testing and comparing other AI website builders, so feel free to offer suggestions!
