JEE mains is easier than UPSC but JEE Advanced is more tougher than UPSC because jee adv paper and pattern is totally unpredictable and at exam hall only we get to know the type of questions and pattern
Anybody wo solves only 40-50% of paper gets AIR 3000-4000 in JEE Advanced and nearly 2lakh students give jee advanced every year after qualifying jee mains

There is a huge difference in the toughness of an exam, and the toughness in clearing it, NEET questions might be easier than JEE but doing 180 questions in 180 mins and securing 600+/720 for a government college is highly difficult, In JEE the question level is high but a good college is guaranteed even if you score 130-140 /300. In advanced just 120 marks can secure you 4500 rank
