Politicians and bureaucrats who order food to be delivered and who have never touched a spoon, make laws, sometimes with contradictory regulations, without thinking about the activity that is carried out in each kitchen of each restaurant, since they do not know the pressure that is experienced in a kitchen and having to waste time that is not available in the kitchen and other restaurants in following hygienic standards typical of laboratories specializing in contagious diseases, without having the trained and adequate personnel for that function. A kitchen is not a laboratory because, unlike these and the thousands of videos of large kitchens with a single paella on the stove and everything clean, most restaurants are like most standard family homes. You want a house out of a magazine and what you get is a house with parents and three small children in each and every restaurant in the United Kingdom. In the end, over-demanding and over-regulating food products fuel fraud and irregularities in order to meet the demands of people in offices and of food and catering companies with and for the service.
