Try to change my mind… amazing specs… genuine history, higher beat, titanium case and for some - OK for a lot of people - too simple, too safe… for me however, spot on design… my long-term review of Citizen Fujitsubo, reference NB6021-17E… I tried to be as objective as possible but It is indeed one of my favorite watches of all time and it shows…

I think Citizen is becoming what Seiko was 10 years ago. I love what they're doing. Love your channel. You have the best production quality on par with the big channels!

Brilliant review mate. Thorough and I luv the way you discount some of the silly rumours that circulate around this watch. 👍

I love my Fujitsubo. I also questioned my taste after Jordy’s review. If you contact Citizen you can buy the titanium bracelet for $120. It looks nice with the black and is really well made.

I’ve been thinking about one of these since they were released, I want something to replace my very old Fortis beater watch, which I love, but I don’t take care of it very well and and it’s needed a lot of maintenance and ETA parts over the last two years, in fact I could’ve almost bought one of these for what I’ve spent keeping the old Fortis going. I’ve got a titanium Tudor, Pelagos obviously, and it’s just too expensive to start wearing it every day, although I do love it. So, after looking at the obvious Seiko and Hamilton options, and having watched your video after Jody almost put me off, you’ve just convinced me to buy the Citizen … thanks! 😊

Hi Karel! (I hope I spelled that correctly)I love that I have come across your channel, I really like your style and your production and editing. You come across as really genuine and authentic, really great job. As a Brit living in Switzerland I am surrounded by watch snobbery here (as you can imagine) but I tend to gravitate to collectors and other watch creators with a more humble and authentic approach, you've got yourself a new subscriber.

Also, side note, I might be moving to southern Spain myself in the next couple of years for family reasons so, who knows, maybe that region will have another watch enthusiast to join you there!

p.s - will you be going to watches and wonders next month?

Great video! Love the looks of this watch, I've decided to get one. The fact that it's a reissue of a watch with such a legendary story, is the icing on the cake! I have the Seiko SPB147, similar style, love it as well!

I have been a seiko fan, and theres no way in hell you can buy a seiko for

1.) 4hz 28, 800 movement
2.) Anti Magnetic
3.) Titanium
3.) 200M divers rated
4.) Date complication
5.) Titanium strap (Blue fujitsubo comes with blue titanium strap)
6.) sapphire crystal
7.) Pro master logo signed crown

tell me a Seiko with that above specs that retail around $1000, most seikos with above specs were roughly $2500+/-

so this is a WIN WIN watch, its not as fancy as a rolex or a prospex seiko but its a VERY NICE watch

I bought one about a month ago and love it. I wear it in the pool, while working, and everywhere else and don't worry about it. Only thing that slightly bothers me is how easy the bezel turns. I was looking for a Seiko but happened on the Fujitsubo and I'm really glad I went with the Citizen.

I just found your video. Beautiful work, especially if only using your iPhone. This watch really grabbed my attention a few weeks ago. I’ve been looking at so many others since but I keep coming back to this one. I really wanted a bit more of a gunmetal case like this vs just brushed stainless. This video just helped me make up my mind with all the details you eloquently spoke about. You definitely earned my subscription.

Hi Karel,
Karol here. This is a great review. I also like this watch but I'm still waiting for the price to drop. Although it seems to me that the price (500€) will stay like that for now. Other watches in this price range that are worth taking on the radar is Glycine Combat Sub 39, Wolbrook Skindiver II (Underrated) and Wise Adamascus AD8 (a tiny bit more expensive but I love that watch).
Cheers 🍻

Stumbled on your channel, love the style and content, subbed after one video..feels more sincere and genuine, real life experience reviews have more "weight" than first impression ones..hope you can keep this up, it's quite refreshing..cheers from Croatia

Do you have an opinion on how this one wears compared to the Kamasu? They are both ~41mm, but does the Fujitsubo look or feel smaller/larger at all?
