Volkswagen workers heckled CEO Oliver Blume as he defended plans to consider unprecedented factory closures in Germany. The company says flagging car sales have left it with about two plants too many, reports Elisabeth Behrmann.

Their bmw is dead to me, had two one I had to remove the fuel rail plenum and air box to replace a starter.
The next I had to pull the entire dash air bags etc to change the heater blower motor.
Labor is 100.00 bucks an hour. These are jobs that should only be 15 to 20 minutes.

Missing points from this report - high energy cost & wages in Germany. Realistically, current VW’s models are so dated and dead boring! Oh don’t blame the Chinese because you have nothing for them to spy on or copy!
