THIS INTERABLED COUPLE claims their relationship is genuine despite what the haters say. John Larkins, aka Larko, is a rapper who was born with cerebral palsy, leaving him unable to walk or speak. He uses a device operated by eye gaze to communicate and write lyrics. His music has jetted him to multiple countries to perform, but he is taking a break after recently becoming engaged to his fiancé, Takhmina. The couple met while holidaying in Dubai and quickly fell in love. After getting engaged earlier this year, they are now planning for their big day. People have "warned" Larko that Takhmina is just after his money, but the couple isn't bothered by others' speculation.

Let's say "It is for his money" who cares?!? This man is so happy and deserves to feel happiness. He had the actual courage to go up to a beautiful woman he found attractive to try to talk to her despite the odds stacked against him. He didn't let his disability get the best of him. He took control of his life and doesn't let his disability control what he wants to do in life. It's quite remarkable. His confidence is amazing 💪 he knew that his chances were greater to just try & go for it then to just sit there and not. He has more courage then most men, not even just men people ingeneral. He makes no excuses & nothing will stand in his way!

Do people realise how horribly offensive it is to people like us in the disabled community when you pass stupid & ignorant comments such as ‘They must be with them because they have a fetish’ - ‘They can only be with them for the money’ - yes.. because people couldn’t possibly want to be with us for having lovely personalities, being kind individuals, or for having a great sense of humour eh?!

I’m disabled, & as of right now I *choose* to be single. However, I have had relationships since being diagnosed with my 2 chronic genetic disabilities (which are degenerative), & they completely saw past it.
I just think it’s so insulting that anyone should pass comment in the first place, let alone make such derogatory remarks. We’re just like everyone else, we just aren’t as able bodied & adapt our lives to that, it doesn’t mean we aren’t human!

He's such a happy personality and she's such a cute personality. Wish them the best. Theres plenty of able bodied relationships that are fake or built on practicality so even if it was that let them be. Why try taint anyone else's happiness. These two are really happy and cute together. He has a great sense of humor and she is a really good listener.

I don’t see her there just for the money because in this video she genuinely looks happy there’s so many other videos of couples that I’ve watched that generally don’t look happy and they’re not even disabled. She probably did feel bad for him at first but then grew to love him because of his quirky personality. It seems easy to fall in love with him because he’s so perky and so happy all the time

Watching this channel has given me such a happier perspective on disabled people.
Sure, I had one guy I dealt with in high-school with down-syndrome who was very delightful,
but this just adds to it. Never will I assume any situation.
