thanks for the videos and explanations.
I have had a problem for two weeks with my access control and my facial recognition reader and imprint.
I have a DS-K2602 and a DS-K1T671MFW as a player.
I first made an RS485 cabling but without success because my door does not open with the face and not with the imprint of fingers.
I tried with wiegand it gives the same result, my door does not open. I need your help . what to choose the RS485 or the Wiegand?
