I like the art for the thumbnail! Nice playing too! The whistle looks and sounds good. A thicker wall in a cylindrical bore is usually hard to keep both octaves in tune with each other. So it takes skilled craftsmanship to make them well tuned.

Sounds great, great price, and it’s in tune. Been thinking about getting a brass or aluminum whistle for my next one, maybe I’ll go with this!

Well, you will be the cause of my bankruptcy. I went ahead and bought a tunable brass from Rui Gomes’s Etsy page since it’s a few dollars cheaper.

Also, I went back and listened to some of your videos over the past year. It appears that the Lir whistle is your current favorite… at least it is for most of your recordings for tutorials. So I went ahead and ordered one from BigWhistle. I think I have a problem.

I’m not familiar with Whistles. It reminds me of a Recorder which was the first instrument I ever played. I like the sound of this better than a wood Recorder I think.
