NHL 15 - Teaser Trailer

NHL 15 is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 this fall.

Hopefully this will finally be the NHL game we've been waiting for. They finally came to their senses and hired Doc Emrick to commentate and the realism finally looks top notch.  I just hope that this year, they take some input from our problems about the game this year for next year...

My biggest gripe from the few last years...  pay the fkn fee to license the name UNITED CENTER for the Blackhawks.  It's not called the Chicago Stadium...that was the old stadium.

Really hoping for something new to this game, it needs a change. But this trailer really gets me excited for some reason.

The PS3/ Xbox360 NHL games were running on an old PS2 era engine. It is more than likely that the PS4/X-one's version will be running on "current gen" levels of technology. This game IS NOT made with Frostbite 3, and FB3 is the only "next gen" engine that EA uses, for evident financial reasons. Therefore we can conclude that NHL 15 will be made with PS3/Xbox 360 technology because EA wouldn't invest or license a whole new game engine, just to make an NHL game, which barely sells a million copies each year.
