I Climbed Poland's Highest Peak - Rysy 2500m

Today's video I am trying to hike to the highest point in Poland - Mt. Rysy. Over 20 miles of walking with 5000+ feet of ascent, this would be my hardest hiking challenge ever. To make things harder, I'd be racing against the sunset. On the way up I would pass the beautiful Morskie Oko before climbing up to Czarny Staw.

Would I make it to the top of Mt. Rysy?

I went last year, October 1st. Had to turn around because of the snow. and it got too slippery.
It's dissapointing to have to turn around.
This year im gonna try again in june, if necessary i'm gonna buy crampons.

Nothing puts me off a mountain more than lines of people at the top. I was ready to plan a trip to Poland next year but I’ll pass and find a less busy route! Place looked amazing tho

Beautiful views and scenery, on a mint day
I'm thinking you might be getting a bit ambitious if you're not careful, I just hope there's a bit of a plan "B", or course of action to bail yourself out, or self rescue if things turned to crap in one of many ways it can in the outdoors, especially at altitude lucky the route was well defined and chains etc on the dodgy bits
Also Lucky there were plenty of people scrambling about like spiders all around you
You would have made it barring the crowd ahead of you, so you can be proud of that, it was out of your control, AND you made the safe call, well done, awesome video

Wow! Spectacular in every way! What an achievement, well done. I wonder (and worry) about the type of boots you wear have enough grip on these surfaces . I can't believe there's going to be a more beautiful area to walk and climb, but I bet you will. Thanks for an amazing video

well done mate! It's a shame you couldn't reach the top, not because of the summit of its own but stunning views on other side of the ridge. You are absolutely right, it pointless to stay in the queue. I did exactly the same being on Snowdon. however, it's the shame that because of the crowd you missed beautiful view on Slovakian side.
