I trapped every mob in the 1.20 Minecraft update in 36 hours!

@skavio I challenged ourselves to stay up for 36 hours straight and try to trap all 153 mobs Minecraft has to offer. Not only did we go for the basic mobs but we also attempted to capture EVERY VARIANT OF MOB! This got pretty crazy! I ended up excluding most of Skavio’s POV from this video because he will be making his own video on it soon! Make sure to check out his channel!

Hey, Wunba. At 19:51, you asked why curing villagers multiple times doesn't create stacked discounts. This was removed in the 1.20.2 update because, apparently, it wasn't an intended feature; it was a bug. I'm sorry you had to learn this way. 😢

Awesome video as always! FYI: Trader lamas won’t despawn if you tame them. Also you can put tadpoles in a bucket so they won’t technically despawn. Nether mobs don’t change in the Nether too. Vex and Wandering Traders are the only two mobs that WILL despawn no matter what. 😊

It‘s very cool that you got the different variants. There still is a lot potential to push it a lot further like getting all the 2700 fish variants. Also you could get a lot more Villagers with every proffesion from every biome an the zombified version of every variant.

The reason the name tag trade wouldn’t go cheaper was because they nerfed it in 1.20.2, so now it only cheapens the trades the first time you cure them.
Though you could have gotten hero of the village to make them cheaper.

Only 2 of the "unobtainable" mobs are actually unobtainable...the vex and wandering trader...
Can get a bucket of Tadpole, breed the two Wandering Trader Llamas to get one that doesn't despawn, then for the nether mobs just have a different section that stays in the nether.

45:17 the reason that this happened is because of a rare glitch where if a player is in a village & lightning strikes a chunk with a village in it and doesn’t start a fire, the player will get the achievement. Hope this helps!

While; yes, the wandering trader and trader llama do despawn, the trader llama CAN be captured with a lead, here is a quote from the wiki: "A trader llama has its DespawnDelay set to 47999 ticks. This value is decremented each tick that the llama is untamed, unleashed, and not being ridden by a player". Thus you CAN get a Trader llama.

13:17 The wiki says that the price you got is on the higher end of the spectrum, but it also says that the pick is enchanted with enchantments you’d get from an enchanting table with levels between 5 - 19, meaning getting unbreaking 3 is fairly rare

If you ever do this again, an easier way to find the infested blocks with silverfish is to pull up the f3 menu. When pointing at a block, it will tell you if its an infested stone brick or normal stone brick
