To live in a country that you hate when many die trying to get here based on the numerous great things about this country……. seems a bit moronic. Yes there are plenty of things we should strive to change. Those ideals will not all be agreed upon by everyone at all times, but the sole fact we can voice our opinions, hold any religious / spiritual views, and protect ourselves and our families with firearms without persecution from our government is undeniably beautiful and sacred. In my opinion, seeking to undermine any of those ideals is fundamentally abhorrent and reckless behavior if you look at nations around the world whom deprive their people those rights.

It’s weird to call seeing America as evil a luxury belief given that there are many people in Iraq and Afghanistan whose lives are worse off because of the invasion. But it isn’t like these sorts of podcasts are designed to deal with these difficult subjects
