Fingerprint settings changed with One UI 3.0 | One UI 3.0 Fingerprint Tip:
1. Turn off Fingerprint Animation: Go to Biometrics & Security > Fingerprint > Turn off animation.
2. Turn off screen transition effect: Go to Biometrics & Security > More Biometrics Settings > Turn off screen transition.
3. Turn off battery optimization for biometrics > Go to Settings > Apps > Click on top right corner Menu option > Special Access > Optimize Battery Usage > Select All apps from top > Type "Biometric" and turn this one off.
Restart the phone and you're done.

The one tip on the Advanced feature for the restart of the phone though - can the phone be completely off in order to restart? The older phones did offer this but am not sure of the latest models.

I appreciate the tutorial on this phone that I just bought but when you are talking about turning the screen in the notifications section to vivid or warm I do not have that option in my notifications although I have the same phone that you do. Any suggestions?
