I can't remember if you can do this in previous AC games but was a nice surprise nonetheless. Just hold down the Parkour Down button while aligned on top of a haystack.

I accidentally did this with Ezio once in AC2. Too graceful

if bayek is hanging from a wooden ledge(you know things you can swing off)and there is a haystack underneath him he’ll do a flip after he swings off it into the haystack it’s a different animation than this one.

the way he leaps of the cliff jumps backwards to face the swaggy camera is just fully exaggerated swagger of the black egypt teen

I love this backflip Leap of faith. Same like prince of Persia Warrior Within and the Two Thrones not leap of faith. When the enemy is there Prince run two words wall run up Prince will take backflip shot.

I remember doing this in revelations just trying to climb the first tower and get used to the claw but it wasnt a backflip tho lmao

Backwards leaps of faith were present since AC Brotherhood or AC Revelations I think.
