Live uit Lloyd - Chris 'Elvis' Connor - The Wonder of You

In de Nederlandse theaters is de theatershow ‘Elvis – The 80th Anniversary Concert’ te zien. Een grote live band begeleidt Elvis Tribute Artists van wereldniveau. Zij brengen Elvis weer tot leven en nemen u mee op een swingende muzikale reis. Van de rauwe energieke jaren 50, het gepolijste vakmanschap uit de jaren 60, naar de glitter van Las Vegas in de jaren 70. Elvis – officieel uitgeroepen tot ‘Artist Of The Century’ - maakte in drie decennia wereldwijd furore en al zijn grote wereldhits komen tijdens deze voorstelling voorbij. 

Chris Connor (36) was de eerste Elvis Tribute Artist die het London Palladium uitverkocht. Hij is ‘Best Elvis Tribute Artist Of The The Year 2014’. Niemand minder dan Elvis’ eigen tourmanager Joe Esposito bracht een emotioneel eerbetoon aan Chris: “Wow, you sound and look just like Elvis”.

Band: John Healy (ook regie) op gitaar, Darren Green op piano, Kevin Hartnett op keyboard, Mark Fisher op bass en contrabas, Cliff Preece op drums, Lucy Jones en Harriet Raybould backing vocals.
