Excellent points are being made but I am find people not paying enough attention. He is giving ready formulae to solve issues. One can take the horse to the water but not make it drink. I hope people think about the issues seriously.

India's Government Revenue to GDP is also only 11.5 %.

""Neither a borrower nor a lender be. For loan often loses both itself and friend. And borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry." Dullness might not have been a racial trait but, in time, it became a national trait. The first military dictator of Pakistan was no George Washington. A military general with a vigorous mind, he foresaw the national greatness at the expense of parochial interests. A military general with a grand vision, he was wise enough to stay away from the natural evolution of an upcoming industrial economy. A man of finance George Hamilton was his right-hand man. Is it a wonder that I.M.F happens to be in Washington's America? Only the dull minds failed to see the obvious. In 2023, the dull has grown duller. The dullest govern the failed and bankrupt state. The dullest put on suicide vests to blow themselves up in Indian parliament or in Mumbai. I.S.I finances the cost. Pakistan's problem is not economic. It's problem is the failure to recognize wide-spread mental breakdown.

Why so much chatter in the background? Besides being disrespectful to the speaker, it is hugely distracting. PIDE can and must do better.

Taking loans from unbelievers is NOT haram, so long as the loan is never returned. If unbelievers can be convinced to part with their money, momeen must grab that money with both hands and never give it back.
