Astra K Development Mode (Intellilink R4.0)

How to access the Astra K Intellilink R4.0 development mode.
Code is 20130822.
Car has no OnStar option, but Wifi hardware is clearly present anyway.

On my Mokka X I haven't OneStar, the secret code works, In the setting menu iI find WIFI TEST , not WIFI, the last option is RVC
do you have more suggestion to find it or maybe HotSpot ? someone knows were is the SIM slot ? thanks
