Whilst the Commission has to take everyones testimony into account, be they telling the truth or telling lies and performing themselves, the Commission and the courts need to take into account that the people of South Africa are the real victims here. It is not right that those people in responsible positions who stole from the people should not be held accountable and should therefore be prosecuted.
