I went to school for cosmetology 20 years ago. I got my license but then decided I wanted to go into nursing.

So, recently I decided I wanted to cut my own boys hair because of prices here (in the states) where we live in the south for a child's hair cut is just nuts. Especially when we now factor in inflation. So because of that, I decided to give myself a crash course with youtube to jog my memory lol. You have done wonders with your teaching. Hi Michael! I started cutting my own hair after the Covid lockdown and I've been getting better at it with each self-cut. My only problem is getting rid of the hard line at the occipital bone when using clippers. How do I blend the crown area with the bottom to get rid of that hard line using clippers? I don't have anyone who could blend that area for me with blending shears. Thanks!
