Dr Ramani - I am still recovering from and learning to deal with a narcissistic Parent AND other narcissists in my life that are unavoidable. I have never heard in all my research someone describe Narcissistic abuse as clearly and in as much detail as you. I never read your book . But the way I healed is the moved country, found love and travelled the world . Off course I do get flash backs of him the monster . Because I was beautiful young and vulnerable and taken for a long ride . I thought I was going mad and was suicidal . Was stalked, bullied, threaten . I was cornered and trapped and had to obey him to every command and need . Before I know it I asked myself if someone loved me, then they should never ill treat me and that made me ran away and moved continent . 9 years no contact but I am damage and have lost faith in people because of that . My only friend is my husband . Though I never told him what happen to me, I sometimes get raged and angry within and he never understand why I get moody and sad .
My narcissistic last words were I only used you because you were vulnerable and sweet and you are the girl who never thought in my dreams I would catch in my trap . Those words linger until today .

What cruelty to go through it . I don't wish this on anybody this pain and torture men or women . This was the worse experience in my life that I wish I saw the red flags

Like how these technologies have affected society with social media addiction, rising narcissism etc. Thank you so much!
