If you wanna maximize pay load to take 72 days. Put the booster into orbit along with the starship and reload the booster. Cut the radiation. The crew gets by 2/3 cut the supplies needed by more than half. Provide the ability to abort back to earth if the booster or starship has a malfunction.

When he says the boost-back burn is 29 Gs, does he mean the landing burn? The boost-back looks relatively calm after hot staging compared to the violent re-entry and final landing burn
