Hwy 99 is completely closed in both North and South Bound Lanes due to ALL the tremendous amount of rain is such a short period of time in the last 48 hours;

caused major flooding in Southern Sacramento County. More rain is in the forecast for Monday, Wednesday through Saturday of this first week of January 2023.
