My mom LOVES Pakistani food (first time trying karahi) 🇵🇰

Karahi is one of our favorite Pakistani food.
We got the chance to try this Pakistani dish while we were in Pakistan back in 2021.
We were craving for it, and one of our JetFam member, Zacky shared his secret chicken karahi recipe with us. Big shukria to Zacky!
We cooked this for our Canadian family, along with aloo palak (spinach potato curry), and naan bread. Steve's mom was in love! Check out the vlog.

Curry is more liquidy and it's blended puree kinda consistency while karahi is more solidify kinda thing and it was basically called karahi because of the utensil karahi that is usually used in cooking so that it is cooked on high flame and very fast.
Good job cooking karahi . Looks delicious 😋 the spinach recipe is very different, haven't eaten it like that.
