You actually don't need to delete the device. All you do is add a new device, after putting the device into reset mode. Once you've done that and scanned the QR code, the app picks it up and knows by the unique device number, it's the same one as you have and re-assigns the wi-fi network.

I love the Cloudedge App, but it needs two feature bad. 1. Mirror image so we can use like a backup camera 2. Undo or Restore deleted camera cause way too easy to accidently delete a camera from it.

Hi!
If I bought 2 battery cameras (same brand different model) is it possible to have each one with a different Wi-fi connection? Or both must use the same one? I ask as I installed the first one without any issues but now that I installed the second camera with a different wifi connection, the first one, now says OFFLINE

Hello, thanks for your video !
I'd like to know if it is possible to set up 4 security cameras on the same CloudEdge app (2 cameras with WIFI A in house A in France, and 2 others with WIFI B in house B in another country) ?
Thanks a lot for your help !

Absolutly trash. In the time it takes for the device to refresh. your entire house could be cleaned out especially by the time the camera notifies you, and then the fact that you literally cant do ANYTHING with the thing unless it is connected to a network oh and good luck getting anything but what seems like a generic computer generated response, oh and another thing, you wanna know what makes them "outdoor" or "weatherproof" well the take and stuff a desiccant pouch up behind the front of the camera head. then after writing a "feedback" similar to this one but slightly more aggressive. all the pictures and videos i had... even on my sd cards are now gone.
