Or it could be made by a person who is not good either at English or Spanish. The thing is that FUTURE TENSE in the Spanish language has the nuance - it shows not only future tense but also it shows surprise or astonishment! The phrase "Sera Posible" must be translated into English as "Is it possible?" or "Could it be possible?". The word "Sera" - the verb Ser in the future tense - is everywhere in this song because the main character of the song - the guy - he is shocked and he can't believe that he has to break up with the girl. That is why he sings "Really? Is it possible?". "Sera esto un sueNo" means - Is this a dream? All the content of the song is that the guy still can't believe that this all could happen. "Sera tu ego" means - Is it really your ego? (astonishment is implied). In all textbooks of Spanish it is written than Future Tense in Spanish has the nuance of expressing possibilities.
