Hi Kelli, I keep a box of vinyl gloves in my kitchen (I get them at a beauty supply store) and wear them for some food prepping purposes. Those would be handy in the garden for you. We live in a zone 6 climate so I’m going to attempt to overwinter my pepper plants this year. I didn’t know pepper plants were perennials so it would be wonderful to have established plants for next year. I’m just getting a new batch of starter going again and I think I will dehydrate some for backup. Thanks for sharing your Saturday with us, God bless you!

Your pizza looks great! I never thought about drying some sourdough starter. It's pretty easy to start from scratch, it just takes time. I guess it would be a lot shorter to just get it from dried to fed in a few days. Thanks for the idea.
