Obongi residents stuck after water project breaks down

The residents of Angaliacini and Dongo villages in Itula SubCounty, Obongi district are facing acute water shortage as a result of broken reservoir tanks amidst the ongoing lockdown. The most affected by the water crisis include health facilities, school staff quarters, Market areas and many others.
Itula sub-county is water-stressed and the piped water project constructed by NGOs was the only source of clean water for most of the people in the sub-county
