I would love to see Ellie Fredericks compete Jam at Novice. I think you might be surprised at how capable your pony is... And it would really help Jam, if you have any idea of running Novice, To start with a very experienced rider.

I think you've cracked it Meg. People around you to keep it light and you relaxed. An amazing support group that takes care of the little things which lessens the load so you can concentrate on yourself and what you need to do ( and that incliudes a sports pshychologist to keep you mindful ). Pete's Eats for comic relief and yummy food. It all comes together to steady your nerves and gives you the confidence to go out and get it. Since this has been happening you have been able to achieve amazing progress. I am so proud of you and your team.

Jam's got that Irish fire in her 💖, doesn't she?! A little firecracker 🔥. She seems to be incredibly fit and after that pause following Badders her fitness has probably only improved. Rearing to go!! You two were absolutely FLYING!! And the dressage: a pleasure to watch (trying to learn from you Meg💕). Hope you find some more brakes for the XC so that you both can thoroughly enjoy it and you can feel safe. Thanks for being an inspiration. I've always had a soft spot for Jam, her conformation may not be conventional but you've really been nurturing her talent and showing that hard work can pay off anyway!

As a classical musician who suffers from anxiety, watching your own journey has really resonated with me as well, there can be a lot of bumps on the road after having a particular experience but this win shows that you do have the grit in you. Has been so wonderful to see your rides on other horses recently and trying out new things is a fantastic way to broaden your experience so you can take new approaches and views back to your eventing.
