The scene where Poirot laughs upon finding the kimono is absolutely wholesome.

Except for the 2017 movie because idk if I wanna watch that one, I have watched all on-screen adaptations of MOTOE: The 1974 movie, the modernized 2001 TV movie and the 2010 episode from 'Poirot'. I enjoyed all three versions but the 1974 one is the best one. No other on-screen adaptation of MOTOE can beat the 1974 movie.

I just finished this gem of a movie recently. The best on-screen adaptation of MOTOE I have watched so far.

This is ten times better and with a REAL all star cast, apologies to Judi Dench, Derek Jacobi and Michelle Pfeiffer

I don’t know what Kenneth Branagh was going thinking...His version of Poirot Really was laughable and not funny at the same time

Jacqueline Bisset and Rachel Roberts are my stand outs

Great movie my favourite part was lauren bacall's facial expressions when she is being interrogated.
Mrs. Hubbard (my favourite character in literature!) is the comedy of an American lady and I was happy to see Lumet and Bacall focussed on that aspect of the character. I was disappointed with Branagh and Pfeiffer's interpretation.

Creo q la buena literatura de Agatha merecía una gran pelicula, como debe de ser

When a younger actress plays the part as your part's mother.😀

Does anyone have a vid of they all getting away with it and toasting by champagne in file. I did like the new version but I think to me the connections of all made more sense. Plus the music and cast.

Thanks. ( Mark trapped in Boston US in 300 sq feet alone )
