When the wise men bowed before the Christ-child I wept. This is the best factual telling of the Nativity I have ever seen. So many don't realize that by the time the men from the East saw Christ he was no longer a tiny baby.

There's not a time that I didn't cry watching this. It made me realize that the circumstances when our Savior was born, cannot be compared to how favorable the circumstances were when we were born to this world. Most of us were born in hospitals, or in clean rooms at least. Most of us had nurses to care for us. He had none of those. He experienced all sorts of pain and was crucified, yet He showed nothing but love and compassion to everyone. What reason do we have to not follow His commandments? But the most striking part for me, is when the wise men cried when they saw the child Jesus. If He showed to us now, would we recognize our Savior?

I have to say that in these hard times, it seems like the"Last Days", The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints stands out as a light to me. I don't know of another Church or Christian group who is still continually pointing the Way to God our Heavenly Father, through His only Son, Christ Jesus like the LDS. I am not a member of the LDS Church, but I feel something so wonderful drawing me towards the "Light". I realize the LDS Church is not perfect, but what institution involving mankind is? I know of no other group that is working as hard as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to reach the world! It would wreck my family, but I am considering making a move a little at a time. Thanks and may God continue to bless you!

I love the part at the end where the wiseman is overcome with emotion at finding the young Jesus. "This is it. After all my searching I found Him!" May our journeys, whether quick like the shepherds' or long like the wisemen's, be successful in finding Him.

Mary and Joseph are actually the perfect role models for love and being married at a young age. Joseph is a great role model for men. The love he had for his young wife even when other people were doubting her for having a baby and still being a Virgin. Joseph stood by Mary's side and loved her so much. Beautiful.
