To be fair to Ussop and a counterpoint to the people not understanding how Ussop can be this way, he may be a coward and never trained anything but marksmanship prior to the timeskip, but he is Yassop's son, and all of Shanks' crew are probably built different too. Not to mention a lot of the worlds power system is derived from willpower, and he may be a coward, but he still has to have a strong will to get past his fear and stand up for his crew and his dream.

I remember in the Drum Island Arc, Usopp mentioned he never got sick, which is confusing since he is considered the weakest in the crew. This probably is due to Yassop's genetics.

Don't forget before Franky became a cyborg he got hit by the sea train and survived and was able to turn himself into a cyborg from scratch after getting hit. Thats the most built different crew member

Just remembering that Usopp had ALL OF HIS BONES BROKEN in the fight against Miss Merry Christmas and Mr 4, and like, 5 minutes later the dude was running around in the capital of Alabasta and fighting random guys IN THE MIDDLE OF A CIVIL WAR.

Not to mention that in Water 7 the dude got beat up by the Franky Family TWICE and STILL FOUGHT LUFFY! And a few days later, the mad lad was helping Sanji and Franky in the Ocean train, got beat up by Blueno, and then went to invade Enies Lobby too! Usopp (and tbh Luffy too) had NO CHILL during those arcs, there’s no way the guy is just a normal human.

Along with the fact that at sky island it only took all of them a little while to get used to breathing such thin air with how high up they are, it was mentioned how blue sea people don't usually fare very well in the white sea but they were fine after adjusting for like 5 minutes
