The Name Trick:
Multiplying and Dividing and Addition and Subtraction do not clash.
Therefore, if we reorder the steps:
x2, x5
Multiply by 10.
+3, +6
Add 9.
The steps tell you to Multiply by 10, and add 9.
If you ignore the 9, it gets rid of the fact that there was even a second digit, therefore cancelling the x10.
Which means you end up with the same numbers every time, resulting in your name.
