I’ve been watching for years, so I was prepared for this marriage coming eventually. However, I was surprised that I got teary eyed as I watched. This was lovely. It just goes to show that keeping it small, keeping it intimate, doing so much of it by yourselves really lets you focus on what is really important, and that is the marriage of two people who love each other. No-one needs to be fretting about fake tan running, having make-up and hair rehearsals, paying huge sums of money for what is ephemeral. My daughter and her husband did the same and it was also truly magical, happy and above all personal to them just as yours was to you.
