If there is truly damage, then it needs to be more carefully documented in the photos. It's not visible to me. It's not at all clear that "Iran is still reeling after the attack", and this video does not show much evidence of that.

Air defenses are not 100% proof. However, if it severely limits opponents abilities to deliver hostilities then it fulfilled its role. Israel amassed 100 planes of which there payloads were to cause damages reminiscent of Gaza. The planes did not enter Iran and most returned with their payload because of resilient Iranian air defenses. Iranian defenses discouraged Israeli planes incursion into Iranian air space and thus severely limited Israeli ability to deliver hostilities.
