‘Sanctuary’ is the third single from the new concept album ‘The Purpose Paradox’ by the Dutch modern progressive rock band DILEMMA (Butler Records/V2 Records). The album's narrative centers on a man named Neon, who represents the everyman of our contemporary world.

In his search for connection and fulfillment, Neon finds guidance from an unconventional mentor named Electra. She helps him realize that often, the things we look for are the ones that find us first. In ‘Sanctuary’, the album opener, we see the world from his perspective. More specifically, the nightlife of the city he lives in. At a club that seems to offer everything he needs, he appears to have found his place. Yet, Neon’s true quest seems to begin here...

This track shows the many different sides of DILEMMA. Eight surprisingly versatile minutes of modern progressive rock music for fans of bands like Dream Theater, Toto, VOLA, Marillion, Neal Morse Band, Spock's Beard, Threshold, Pineapple Thief, Porcupine Tree, Frost* and IQ.

Heerlijke CD, Thunder is voor mij nog steeds het beste nummer, maar ook de resterende nummers zijn heerlijk om naar te luisteren. Denk ook zeer radio waardig, dus hoop op meer van dit soort muziek in de toekomst. Nederlandse band, hoe gaaf is dat. kijk uit naar een bezoek van Dilemma in oost Nederland. Excellent Just enough Pop(-y) elements to make it accessible but with the complexity to make it worth replaying and revisiting for the Prog enthusiasts. It includes some of the better elements and "feels" of the 80s without feeling silly.
