This a very nice Rv. My likes are the price and the bedroom and it’s prepped for a washer/ dryer hook up. Like the storage. The only thing I don’t like is that table for the dinette. Thank you Matt and Wil! Great job! 👍

They have to put in a split bath so you can access without opening slide.
Makes this RV a big no go for me

$40k is a good price on this unit, but I’d definitely add a 2nd A/C unit with a heat pump in the bedroom, upgrade the suspension, probably upgrade the propane tanks to 30lb tanks as there’s plenty of room and, I’d want additional solar or at a minimum a portable inverter/generator. So, in the end this 5th wheel would probably be more in the $55k-$60k, depending on the solar system installed and incidentals and, with tax, closer to $60k-$65k all said. However, it’s still a fairly decent price for what you’d get. I’m just not sure I could get past that ridiculous looking chest of drawers in the kitchen! I don’t know why they didn’t blend it in better to look like it was part of the kitchen. I’d rather have a fireplace there!
