LIKE WHAT YOU SEE?
--- I wear the mask due to my Mast Cell and Immunodeficiency, it filters allergens and germs. Thanks to IVIG (a treatment for my immunodeficiency), I no longer need it as often as before. However, I still wear it in higher risk areas, such as hospitals/emergency rooms.

I like how even if your dad doesn't hear what you said, he will say the same thing you said. Like when you said "he felt more comfortable in the first place" and then he said "the first place was comfortable". It really shows how close you two are that you are on the same page and how well you can read his emotions.
Both places were GORGEOUS, I like the view at the second one better but I like the finishes at the first one best. Hope your dad decides to move, I've loved seeing more of him on the vlogs!

Think I'm gonna research housing prices in Tampa. Bay. Gotta admit I'm curious! I also loved the first location for its social opportunities and marina views, which will be livelier than the gorgeous open water views IMO. Plus it was nicer overall. And possibly a bit more sheltered from storms.

I think the first one would work better just looking at the guest bathroom. With your dad being a stroke survivor, and you visiting with limited mobility, the high edges of the tubs may not be the best

My vote is the first one. I absolutely loved it and the view of the marina is outstanding. It will also be nice for him to people watch or go down and chat with people who also like boats. I'm so excited for you guys! Hope he moves there.

Hands down the first one was great. I also like the shower were it was just a step into and not a tub, makes a big difference. Exciting!

I don't know why but I actually cried around 8:00 when Jackie kept repeating herself to her Dad - she was so patient & kind to him !!! It just really touched me ! :)
