DA means Data Administrator
DBA means Database Administrator
DA determines which data to be stored in database basis on requirement of the organization.
Role of DA is requirements gathering, analysis, and design phases.
There is no strict requirement of technical person in DA, it may be non technical person also.
DA is senior employee of the organization.
DBA provides technical support for implementing a database.
Role of DBA is design, development , testing, and operational phases.
DBA is a technical person which requires knowledge of database technology.
There is difficult to find and maintain records in paper based system.
File based system working good as compare to paper based system.
Back up, Compactness, Data Retrieval, Editing, Remote access and sharing are advantages of file based system
