I just realized at the end of 'Channel Chasers', we see Cosmo and Wanda were assigned to Timmy's kids. It's sweet when you think about it, them being able to check in on Timmy still, but then you realize fairies are given to 'miserable/unhappy' children, so he unfortunately continued the cycle of neglect from his parents

Don't forget that Timmy wish Chompy free helped his mother grow her garden. Even wanted to go back in time and stop Crocker from becoming miserable he's done quite a bit of good things he even wished for Poof so Wanda and Cosmo wouldn't be miserable

Let's not forget what Cosmo did to Pompeii... Although looking at it, we see that Fairies are assigned to the most miserable kids (like Timmy) so it honestly makes sense to me that they'd have so many bad godkids because some would turn out to be bitter and mean

To think about it really it’s not really his fault some other times, Timmy wishes to get out of a bad situation, because someone else did something to him like the time. Francis scared them off the high dive, so he wish he had no emotions. Plus he’s pretty loyal. Like he could’ve sold, Sparky to Dad’s boss. for $1 million. If that doesn’t say loyalty, I don’t know what is.
