Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women
Drumstick leaves podi is a spicy powder which gives a vibrant flavor to the palate and nutrition to the body.
INGREDIENTS:
Drumstick 1 cup
Curry leaves 1 spring
Ground nuts ½ cup
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Dry red chillies 4-5 nos
Salt To taste
Amchur powder ½ tsp
METHOD:
1. Heat pan, add drumstick, curry leaves and dry roast it.
2. Switch off flame and allow it rest.
3. In another pan add dry roast ground nuts.
4. To it add chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, dry red chillies and dry roast it.
5. Take a mixie jar, add dry roasted ingredients along with drumstick leaves, salt and blend into a coarse powder.
6. If required add amchur powder and mix it.
7. Now drumstick leaf podi is ready to serve.
