To begin with, to understand the linux architecture, a high level view of the kernel subsystems using a diagram would be helpful., and then you could go into the details of what each subsystem consists of. And one of the significant differences from other OSes is that Linux is premptive. That point wasn't highlighted. Nevertheless a good attempt and had some useful info.
