Excellent workmanship. It brought back happy memories of my doing the same thing back in the 60s on my 1959 Li150 series 2. Thank you for posting this super video. You made an old Mod very happy 😊

Oct 2023. Thanks for this excellent video. Perfect with each area. Great memories seen for me as I did it in 1966 on a Li 150 in the U.K. It took me 3 weekends of stress waiting for parts & keeping patient with every move plus not very good at the end. As the video shows its quite complex for a newcomer as I was back then. Thanks, much enjoyed.

You are an artist my friend! 50yrs ago I had a Lambretta series 1 scooter which I had to do a lot of work on….and you made all this look so easy! Great video👍😎🇦🇺🇬🇧🙏

After a zillion times of building this type motor you are a master, minus you own all the special tools needed. Great job

Hello, excellent friend 👌💪, I restored one like this for 20 years, engine and paint, I am a restorer and I liked your work and that you have the correct tools, I made the clutch one for That occasion and I never used it again😅Greetings from Argentina

Wow you had me going with the twisted wire on the piston....I thought it might be a cylinder IUD birth control item. Great job and congratulations on actually replacing worn or bad parts. 1st class job.

I’ve never seen inside a Lambretta engine before, interesting to see how different they are to other two strokes 👍🏻

Always admired Lambretta engineering. ( I had a Triumph Tigress scooter, 250cc twin four stroke, different thing entirely!)

Cool work stand. Very nice video. Just dropped the engine out of a 1964 125. Not looking forward to all the special tools, but I suppose that's part of it. This ain't jolly old England or whatever they say in Italy/India/Germany since that's where all the parts/tools come from.
