Sir, the elasticity of a steel object is greater than the vulcanized rubber because by the youngs modulli, elasticity=f×l/a×del l and for steel f to cause a specific change is very large - hence its elasticity is also high.

2:50:14 question is wrong in units for pyq for corect ans 4 rad per sec the given cross sec area in pyq is 10 power minus 6 m square if you solve with given units answer will be 0.4 rad per sec
