Check list for selection of best stocks in stock market for long term investment and enhancing wealth through compounding.

1.Market cap (More than a billion. Maximum companies under default are small companies. Hascol type scam is rare)
2. PE (less than 9)
3. Volume (more than for 30 days. The more the better)
4. Discount (one year lower trend in red)
5. R&R (Risk and Reward)
6.Free float (less than 50%)
7. EPS (Earning per Share) This should be better than previous years. The more the better.
8. Intrinsic value . Also called book value. You can get it from "Investify Stocks" mobile application".
9. Margin of safety (30% less of book value)
10. Dividend (if you want to get it)
11. Debt to Equity (loan on company should be less than 50%. Means the less the better)
12. Insider transactions.
13. Diversify in multiple companies
14. Diversify in various sectors.
