The Air Force just announced that their newest armed overwatch and ISR aircraft has been delivered to the force. The OA-1K Skyraider II is an inexpensive but capable light attack aircraft designed to work alongside special operations forces. Additionally, President Trump announced a one trillion dollar defense budget, Secretary Hegseth gets hit with an IG investigation and our four fallen Soldiers are returned home from Lithuania.

TY Preston. The 1st Skyraider was a behemoth, with sometimes benches, or bunks in the fatso fuselage as a VIP transport, as well as the legendary heavy weight bomb load.
New guy is way smaller, but with 2 crew could be even better at ending ground threats.

Hearing Taps being played hits my emotions. Growing up without a father I was lucky to have 2 uncles. Both Vietnam veterans, 1 army and one navy. They helped me grow into the man I have become, taking on some responsibility that a father would. Both have left us now and I can't hear taps without tearing up anymore. However it triggered some truly wonderful memories so thank you for that.
