Traders getting confused with 3 day setups vs M-W/W-F setups. It's really as simple as looking back two days from the current day each day and seeing if there's a PF fontside/backside template in place. Blending that with the M-W / W-F template is the really beauty of it all.

Thanks Stacey. The 30m gold chart looked refreshing. It's my opinion that once you understand the templates, and restrict yourself to only trading from the levels, the 30m and 1hr charts are easier to read, and possess secret signals that you won't see glued to a small timeframe. For example if I have 3 -1hr bull candles that all stay above cp from (forex open) 6pm-9pm NY time, and have wicks on all three, at 9pm I'm shorting it stop above the high and going to bed. Get up in the morning and close my trade around 630-7am. This is a day 2 setup. There are variations of it but that one is free Cash. There are other signals I get between 6-9 but I'm not getting into that. I will tell you that 3 hr window tells you what's coming for the rest of the night if you know how to read it.

32:00 when those day 0 setups put in a lower high (Wed) and a higher low (Thurs), I'm looking for a move that breaks the 50% level of that inside high/low for the mini dump and explosive pump. That can either be the parabolic coil golden zone or a level (box) it explodes from and does not come back.
Many times it lines up with CP level, even POC if you're into volume profile, but especially TIMING.

Hi Stacey. It's really amazing what you share here on YouTube despite of being not able to digest all these information in a necessary way for me to implement it since I have found also a way to make good trades but these explosive ones I'm often missing them unfortunately. Now I'm watching on XTI and I found a valid setup and it's already rising. Without having your approach in my head I knew it will come back to that news spike but couldn't plan it unfortunately...
