Andrea, do you know if they will they accept an exchange if the wallet or bag that you receive has a stain or damage? I have seen imperfections on a couple of items at the outlet store.

Now they have suprise sale all the time since pandemic, , they also have deal of the day for some bags everyday when some bags go under 100$.. I bought two bags for 80$ at different times .. I rotate them for work..I’ve been using them continuously for a long time..they really good quality and last...they look brand new even now.. I get tons of compliments on them.. that’s only way I will buy as I am not a person who spends hundreds on handbags, , I save money for more important things in my life.. the only con is sale is final ..so be careful about reading dimensions of bag and things like that as you can’t return it

I don’t think its the same quality. I compared the same bag from the two websites and one is faux leather and the other one was leather. Same bag different style numbers 🤔 different description of the product

So surprise Kate Spade is legitimate? I was concerned about one of the bags and the letter spacing. I haven’t received the bag yet but online the letters didn’t seem to line up like a real Kate Spade purse should. The t and the N on the photo aren’t lining up.

Okay. I have a question. I got a bag from this surprise sale and the only thing that makes me suspicious is that inside my bag, it says Made in Cambodia. I didn’t think that was a place that made them. There are 8 countries but that’s not one of them. Can someone help me with this. Thank you. Just wanna make sure it’s real!
