Out of range - problem resolved in less than 30 seconds

Thanks your the first one with so much detail I have a question how to fix out of range when turning on gpu scaling

if nothing is working
restart when windows icon shows up while booting 2-3 times
then recovery options will appear
there troubleshoot- Advanced Options-Startup settings-restart

select 3 low resolution
then you boot and open system to change it back to res your monitor needs

But when i choose 640x480 than its starts loading and than stops and type: Out Of Range
